Gluten Free Flour (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Xanthan Gum, 100% Pure Maple Syrup, Milk, Unrefined Golden Granulated Sugar, Organic Eggs, Butter (Milk), Lemon Zest, Baking Powder, Salt.
Icing: Lemon Juice, Unrefined Golden Caster Sugar, Unrefined Golden Granulated Sugar.
