This moreish, classic, delicious & nutritious cake is an absolute favourite amongst friends & family. My mum’s cake is a rich and textured single layer cake, drenched in a luscious cream cheese icing. A cake for even non-carrot cake lovers!
Much like the Banana Cake, it’s even better the next day.
Freshly Grated Carrots, Flour (Wheat), Unrefined Golden Caster Sugar, Light Amber Walnuts, Rapeseed Oil, Organic Eggs, Fairtrade Cinnamon, Fairtrade Nutmeg, Bicarbonate of Soda, Baking Powder.
Cream Cheese Icing: Philadelphia Cream Cheese (Milk), Icing Sugar, Butter (Milk), Pure Vanilla Extract.
