Introducing the newest edition to the reemies menu, our lush & dreamy Coconut Cake! So flavourful, buttery & moist, the cake comes either as a Bundt (delicious on its own) or layered with our divine coconut cream cheese frosting.
Also available also as a Bundt with no frosting for a lighter option:) The coconut sponge itself is so moreish even on its own.
Ingredients
Coconut milk, Unsalted butter (Milk), Plain flour (Wheat) , Unrefined golden caster sugar, Eggs, Sour cream, Cornflour, Shredded coconut, Coconut extract, Vanilla extract, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of soda, salt.
Cream Cheese Icing: Philadelphia Cream Cheese (Milk), Icing Sugar, Butter (Milk), 100% Pure Vanilla Extract, Coconut Extract, Shredded Coconut
