The Perfect Pound, in Reemie’s opinion, is not too dense, and not too light. The texture is a perfect balance of butter & sugar; dark in colour & slightly crisp on the outside.

Self-raising Flour (Wheat), Milk, Unrefined Golden Granulated Sugar, Organic Eggs, Butter (Milk), Pure Vanilla Extract, Baking Powder, Cocoa Powder, Salt, Callebaut 70% Belgian Dark Chocolate (Soya).
