This showstopper cake is made with soft sponge pumpkin layers and a luscious cream cheese icing. A seasonal favourite that's soooooo good, we've kept it on the menu all year round!

Pumpkin Puree, Gluten Free Flour (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Xanthan Gum, 100% Pure Maple Syrup, Unrefined Golden Caster Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Free-range Eggs, 100% Pure Maple Syrup, Fairtrade Cinnamon, Fairtrade Nutmeg, Fairtrade Ground Cloves, Fairtrade Ground Ginger, Bicarbonate of Soda. Baking Powder, Salt. 

Cream Cheese Icing: Philadelphia Cream Cheese (Milk), Icing Sugar, Butter (Milk), 100% Pure Maple Syrup, Pure Vanilla Extract.
